Roslio terms of service

Version terms-2026-10-03 · effective October 3, 2026

1. Who we are and what this is

Roslio is a student information system provided by Digital Override LLC, doing business as CheatCode Solutions ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the school that creates an account ("the school"). The person who creates or accepts on the school's behalf confirms they have authority to bind it.

2. The service

We provide Roslio as a hosted service: records for students, families and staff, admissions, a family portal, communications, billing and the other modules in the plan the school selects. We may improve and change the service. If a change removes a paid feature the school relies on, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

3. The school owns its records

Everything the school or its families enter or import is the school's data. We claim no ownership of it. The school can export all of it at any time from Settings, and can delete it.

An account starts empty. We do not load any school's records ourselves. Records arrive only through the school's own entry or import, and only after the school has accepted these terms and the data agreement.

4. Accounts and responsibilities

The school is responsible for who it gives access to, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of what it enters. Staff accounts that can see sensitive records are required to use a second sign-in factor. The school agrees to use the service lawfully, including laws that protect students' records and children's information, and not to use it to send unsolicited messages or to attempt to access another school's data.

5. Fees

Fees follow the published plans and prices at the time the school signs up, or the price in a written order for the school. We bill by plan and by enrolled student count as described on the pricing page, with notice before a bill changes. There is no fee charged to families for using the service, for payment plans, or for applying for financial aid.

Payments made by families to the school are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store card or bank numbers. Payment processor fees are billed to the school, never to families.

6. Messaging

The school is the sender of messages it sends through the service. It is responsible for having the right to contact the people it contacts. When text messaging is turned on for a school, the service records consent, honors STOP and related keywords, and includes the required footer and unsubscribe on marketing email.

7. Confidentiality and security

We protect the school's data with the safeguards described in the data agreement. Each school's data is separated from every other school's inside the database, and our staff may act inside a school's account only under a time-limited access grant that the school approves and that is logged.

8. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at least 99.9% of each month, measured on the family portal and the staff console, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. We provide support by email. This is a goal and not a guarantee unless a written plan says otherwise.

9. Ending the agreement

The school can cancel at any time; there is no exit fee. After cancellation the school's data stays readable to it for 90 days so it can export, and is then archived for the retention period the school set and deleted on written request. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment after notice and a grace period, or for a serious breach of these terms, and will give the school the chance to export its data.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" except as stated in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the school paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; a school that has accepted an earlier version will be asked to accept the new one, and the version it accepted is recorded.
